I was beyond shocked by how intensely amazing the coffee was in two different places in the world. 1) Terceria (Azores) where the coffee grower brewed the cup for me in the strangest little contraption I've ever seen.
2) Roadside INSTANT coffee in Kenya. I wasn't expecting much when they scooped some coffee grounds from an open can on the counter but wow....it was better than any Starbucks I've ever gotten back in the US :)
