Lawson, I love this series already! I've been almost a life long coffee drinker. Since college, anyway. I make it at home in a simple drip machine, I've had it at local coffee houses, and I've even visited the famous coffee houses in Vienna, Austria. But my favorite cups have been on mountain tops, brewed on my backpacking stove.
Anyway, even with all that experience, I know next to nothing about coffee. I'm really eager to learn. Thanks!
I spent many-o-hours at your shop while at RMSP a few years back. I’ve since gotten into home roasting and love exploring all the subtleties of the process from bean to brew. Thanks for sharing.
They make such a great coffee. Have you tried it with the Fellow prismo? It’s basically a reusable metal filter that allows it to brew without dripping through at all… I love it as an addition to the aero press.
Coffee gadgets pay no rent in our household. I hate clutter and kitchen gadgets in general, but they’re one type I have no problem having and acquiring. Stoked on this newsletter!
I really enjoyed reading this. Keep up the good work.

As a coffee roaster myself, I can't wait for more. Nice to see the other buddy approach!
I LOVE my aeropress

Yes, most days I use the prismo because I like a little muddiness. Once or twice a week I use paper. "Variety is the spice of life"
Exactly (as I smile in justification of my 25 different brewing methods)
