I only read the intro and the 9 things that are most important to life. I’m 54 and feeling the same way. I’ve changed my life a bit and want to go back to before the change for the very reason you’ve written about. Spot on!

I love this, thank you. Over the years I’ve become really good with the exercise and sleep part, but my nutrition could still use improvement. While I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, I also still consume too much sugar, especially on hard workout days. It’s a process but I’ll get there 💪🏻
